Responded quickly to my call, and made an appointment to look at the roof a few days later. He arrived on time and immediately climbed up on the roof to assess the reason for the leak (even took pictures with his phone while he was up there to show me later). I had some large gaps in the flashing around the chimney. He gave me what I consider to be a fair ballpark quote, and then his team showed up two days later to complete the repair. Looks great and, though we haven't had much rain, I don't see any sign of further leaking. The bill was very close to his estimate. I found them to be responsive, knowledgable, and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
